Looking for suitable alliance

So, I’m looking for an alliance which is minimum of silver 4 and has a good streak multiplier(minimum tier 15). And the alliance should also go for aq and aw on daily basis and with 2-3 battlegroups.
PLS SUGGEST SOME ALLIANCE
