    Any champ that needs a buff should get one. I think kabam is going to do that just buffing what they think is the ones who need it most first.

    I know everyone's gonna be voting Magneto, but Mutant's OP and Mystic is weak. Even if Doom's amazing, it still won't be evened out enough. So for me, it's Juggs with IP close behind.
