Hi everyone. I may have found an issue, and would like to share here, so we can discuss about. If the mods can help me, even better. @Kabam Miike @Kabam Zibiit @Kabam Vydious and others, please. Hear me out.
I was reading Aarkus abilities, and it seemed like he would be a nice match against Guillotine 2099. His armor shatter is described as reducing ability accuracy by 100% on robots, as shown in the image.
But that was not happening against Uncollected Guillotine 2099. She would still activate her Regen below 15%, as well as her Invisibility, which has only a 15% chance of happening. Am I missing something?
Please, help us discuss this possible issue.
