In order to change your email, you'll need to contact our Support team. You can do so by selecting the gear icon in the upper left corner of the main screen in MCOC. From there select 'Support' and you'll be taken to our ticket submission form.
Your password, however, can be changed by following these steps:
1. Tap the Gear icon in the upper left corner of the Home screen
2. Tap Login Options
3. Tap Sign In With Kabam (you'll have to sign out first)
4. Tap Forgot Password?
5. Enter registered email
6. You'll receive a password reset CODE

guys can someone help me i got banned for nearly 1 week and i don't even know what did i did wrong. i reported to kabam and asked what did i do wrong but nobody nobody is responding its been 2 days now i really need somebody's help. i am missing out on gold offer in which i could afford my first 6* nexus crystal
