Hey any advice on how to refund units on an accidental purchase? I got 10 Guilly 2099 regular Crystal's by mistake instead of 10 cavalier crystals. Customer support won't accept my highly detailed account question answers to establish my identity even though I believe they're correct. I'd hate to waste $50 roughly in units due to this. Any help would be appreciated!
