Unable to change Email

Hi, all. I want to change my Email of mcoc but when I give support my information about account, support writes me, that I give incorrect information... But I don't know, what information isn't right.

    I tried to change mine too, I'm not able to remember the creation date, had 3 phones in the meantime, I'm like impossible haha, good luck if you can make it work, but they do that because don't want to give the chance of selling accounts (that's what I think) but its just crazy, I don't remember the day I created it.

    I don't remember the creation date too... December of 2014 or january of 2015, and I absolutely don't remember day :( When I write support, I write only month & year. Isn't this enough?

    In Apple AppStore, you can see info for when you first installed game. (not sure about in Google PlayStore)

    Go to your Profile within the AppStore, then go to Purchased list.
    It is across all of your devices, since my current device AppStore is showing me when I first installed it on my older device originally.
