[HELP] Why Ghost's unblockable SPs are getting blocked?

in Bugs and Known Issues
i am playing the event quest 3.1 and encountered this bug. i'm fighting against mister sinister and triggered my sp 2 while having phase buff, so it should be unblockable, right? but mister sinister blocked it TWICE. am I the only one experiencing this?

    Sinister can block unblockable special attacks
