Question about void's FOTV

I know it raises void's base attack. Substantially. My 4 star sig 99 gains like 1300 something attack.

It also cycles through void's intimidating prescense debuffs 49% faster which is huge.

Is that all it does?

IIRC correctly I have been in fights where healing was stopped or reversed and the moment FOTV activated the defenders healing or power gain resumed normally.

    Combines their effects.

Assuming you know what each of the individual debuffs do, healing would be reversed via 2x petrify combined into the form. Power gain from abilities as well. But chances are if you have fotv up you should never lose the debuffs.

Not accurate, IF you did not get the despair mastery, having 2 petify debuffs would reduce healing by 100%(50% each). When the effects are combined through FOTV, the FOTV passive by itself will also reduce healing by 100%. Only after you get another petrify IN ADDITION to FOTV then you start to reverse heal.

If you DO have the despair mastery though, after you get 2 petrify debuffs, depair mastery adds on reduced healing for each debuff you have, thats where you can get heal reversal through having only 2 petrify debuffs. When the debuffs combine into FOTV though, since FOTV is a passive, despair mastery does not add on reduced healing and so FOTV just heal blocks as usual.

Take note that FOTV and petrify only affects power that would be gained from power gain buffs and such, the power opponents gain from you hitting them is not affected.
