Temporary Ban and purchased Daily Cards question

Question - those that received a temporary ban for the exploit/Kabam fail/whatever everyone is calling it... what will be done if they have purchased daily Cards (T4CC and 5* Shard 30 day offers) that they will not be able to collect during the 7 day ban period? Extra punishment?

The punishment is a temporary ban. So you can't login during those days.
If you don't login, then you don't deserve the daily rewards from the offer.

So no, you will not be able to collect the daily fragments

That's not extra punishment, that's punishment. The punishment is a temporary ban, which prevents you from logging in, which prevents you from getting any benefits of logging in.

Calling it extra punishment is like saying someone in a higher alliance is being punished more than someone in a lower alliance, because they are missing out on more rewards. That's a statement I would not agree with.

First wait and see what happens when the ban is over but if you don't receive them:

1) Enter a support ticket
2) Get a refund from app store for the daily cards
3) Dispute the charge with your credit card company. If you don't receive what you paid for you don't have to pay for it.
4) Never buy anything from Kabam ever again.

I bought the 20 unit daily and got Temporary banned 🤔
