Catalyst fragment issue

in Bugs and Known Issues
I just bought a Tier 4 catalyst fragment with glory, but instead of combining it into existing fragments in the Catalyst section of my inventory, it stuck them in the Items section and I can't do anything with them. Even though when I bought them, it did the you have created a new catalyst pop up.
