Taskmaster evade

in Bugs and Known Issues
Taskmaster evaded second part of my Magic’s SP2 (2nd sword hit). Is it bug or his ability? I used that sp for the first time in this fight, No concussion on me.

    With one of his synergy he have 30% chance to evade current exploit weakness. So if he had sp2 as an exploit weakness he have 30% chance to evade each hit of that special

    The massacre synergy gives a 30% chance to evade was there a massacre with taskmaster

    It was in quest and I used sp2 for the first time so no exploit
