Dr Stranges Sig ability didn't proc once in arena fight.

Just wondering if it's just me but not once during the entire fight did my Dr strange's counter spell proc once as I was fighting another Dr Strange his sure did right on que every time. So is this a bug or was I kabammed as usual seeing how I've noticed an uptick in champs abilities not activating in arena aw or aq would like to hear other summoners ideas on this.

    The other dr strange was duped im guessing. Counterspell is the reason. He most likely removed your buffs before you noticed.

    Thats not what im saying Im saying he removed my buffs with his counterspell but mine never activated once during the fight removing his
