Nick Fury bug vs Thanos boss in AQ

Bonjour,
I know this topic might have been discussed before, but I can’t find any info on it so I’ll make a new post. Would it be possible to fix Nick Fury’s bug against Thanos boss in AQ? When I fight the boss with my duped Nick Fury and I’m still on my first life, the decoy, I can’t enter the 2nd form (real Nick). When I should enter the 2nd form, my health pool stays at 1% but I still get the degen going so I die without getting hit hahahaha! It’s so much fun!! With the new global nodes in AQ, I kinda need my Fury to do what he’s suppose to do to get that Thanos down. This bug has been going on for a long time now, weeks, probably even months. Idk if anyone has info on the subject? I don’t mind spending my units or items in AQ when I play poorly, but it’s kind of annoying to spend because of ingame bugs...
