    Alright, I'll tell you but keep it between us. Before you open your crystals eat a box of saltine crackers and a cup of lemon juice (no less than 8 oz). I've done this with great results. Also I've lost 35 pounds and may have a serious vitamin deficiency but my God tier champs will give me something to do while in the hospital. Totally worth it.

    I could do with a stint in hospital with my feet up.....
