  I can say this global node is broken,,,
  Every critical hits give opponents extra power gain buffs which is bug still i believe ,
  
  Every critical hits Refresh the power gain buffs but in this video Magik Gaining 4 power gain buffs at a same time .
  
  Can i get any clarification by Mod this is intended ???

  How is it broken it clearly states EVERY crit hit on a CONTROL defender, which magik is a control champ, gains a power flood. Youre using ghost who crits. Thus leading to multiple power floods for every crit you land. Not broken at all
