Versus Arena Regen Rates

Can someone explain to me why in the arena an opponent can regen constantly throughout the fight at at a stupidly high rate? I'm talking like 200+ a second. And this isn't a champ who has regen in their arsenal at all, so it's purely down to whatever the user has as their mastery setup, and how much the game wants to make you lose your streak.

I wasn't aware that kind of high rate regen was even possible from mastery changes?

    They might be using willpower mastery

    If they have willpower and you are using a champ that applies a couple of non damaging debuffs like concussion or armour break and you're facing a high ranked opponent its fairly easy for them to regen at that rate

    And the massive regen they receive when they get parried by me? It makes fights pointless before you've even begun.

    If I've been to Tenefire, the opponent has been to Elevenarife! lol

    Stun is a debuff
