Missing reward from the anniversary calendar

I was in the game when the notification for the new calendar came. I went on the home screen, but there was nothing. I opened the calendar to check it out and it was showing that I got the 2000 shards but I did not. The amount I had before that was the same. Nothing changed after restarting the game. The app is updated and it's on Android. Can you guys help?

    I'm Cavalier and I can see the calendar, so that is not the problem

You can reach them from the game's home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support".
