I was having 600 units an hour ago & now I have only 37 . I didn't purchased anything . I need my units back , refund me immediately .

    Or maybe don’t ask like a complete scumbag? “Refund me immediately” not sure who you think you are right demand such a thing, Maybe don’t spend your units on crystals next time.

    Ps the correct way to request a refund of your Units is by raising a ticket

    Excuse me pls , I never spend units on crystal , I just save them to fight master level event quest at the end of the month pal, this game seriously got issues with me

    Unfortunately, we don't have direct access to in-game accounts here in the Forums and are unable to help with account-specific issues like this. Therefore, I recommend reaching out to our Support Team for assistance. You can contact them by clicking HERE.

    Alternatively, if you would prefer to contact our Support Team from within the game, simply click on the gear shaped icon, located in the top left corner of the Home screen. From there, tap the button which says “Support”, then tap the button that says “Need more help? Contact us”.
