We are aware of an outage currently affecting the game and are working on a fix! Most players should now be able to log back into the game while we work on returning to 100%

My mother by mistake uninstall the game and when i downloaded the game again i had to stratover i even tried to coonect to the google play but i was not able to get my account back

Search for account and find the lost Id password guide
If you had created a Kabam account and linked your game to that, or if you linked your game to Game Center (or other OS equivalent), then all you would need to do after re-installing is to login to that Kabam Aacount or Game Center Account, etc.
Even if you didn’t have those linked accounts, since it is same device you should have still had your old account come up automatically when re-installing game (unless your RAM, etc, was also wiped from your device too ??)
I believe the game remembers which device is attached to an initial game account creation, even if you don’t actually login to that account within game.
