IMIW's SIGNATURE ABILITY NOT WORKING !!!

My IMIW is awakened and While I suffer from bleed and my health drops below 15%(no armor up, hence, suffers from bleed)
Signature ability suppose to activate at that point, but, guess what.
I died instead, Their is something wrong with IMIW signature ability.
It is only activating now, When, getting hit, while below 15%
INSTEAD OF
Earlier, It always activated instantly whenever health drops to 15%
PLEASE< DO SOMETHING>
