Old man Logan/ mysterio synergy not giving oml extra bleeds

I've been using mysterio and oml a lot lately and I've noticed that oml isn't getting the 2 extra bleeds when he gets his first bleed.

    Hey there, do you happen to have any video of this, or would you be able to tell us what game modes you were in when you experienced this or who you were fighting?

    Yes I have video, but I'm not able to upload it. I've trimmed it down to 3 seconds and still having trouble. Will continue to try

    I have galaxy note 9. The video is in mp4 and it's only 1 second long, but it still won't upload
