Cavalier plan and preparation tips

So I just finished exploring Act 5 and wanted to prepare for the push towards Cavalier. I know it's a relatively hard task, so i want to plan every move thoroughly. Below are my top 5*s. In terms of revives, i'm about halfway from capping. Potions i can farm up from WS. Also, i'm planning to save up about 1k units as a safety net. Now i'm reaching out to all the Cavs out there, for some good advice and tips. Which particular champions should I rank up? Which champion would be best for slaying the infamous 6.1.5 Crossbones? Any advice is welcome and appreciated.

you have great roster for your goal. in my experience, i used thing synergy for 6.1.2 and 6.1.5. those the most complicated ones for me. hyperion worked for me for 6.1.6. af first no retreat from 6.1.1 is a bit scary and annoying, but that's because node will probably be new for you

I don't see that you have angela for thing synergy. i bet omega red should be amazing for crossbones. he might your next rank up decision

Aegon is your ready made counter for CB. Get your combo up and go at him. Otherwise I agree that your roster is made for this already. If you can awaken him taking OR up would be the obvious choice, not just as a CB counter but because he’s excellent in his own right anyway and would bring some more utility to what is already a very good roster.

One thing I will say is that you’re talking about building up resources as if you’re doing this all in one go. It’s not an LoL run. Take your time and just take each stage as it comes. If you encounter difficult on one stage and it takes resources, just take a few days to build some more units and resources and then come back. This is all very doable with your roster but it is not easy content. Don’t pressurise yourself into blasting through it all in one go. Take the time you need.

Act 6 is easier in a lot of ways then act 5, at least the paths and nodes. The bosses are where some of the difficulty lies. At least that was my experience. Of the bosses only CB, Sabertooth and Sentinel are potential hazards.

It took 2 revives total to clear all of 6.1 and both were against Sentinel and really due to impatience on my part. I did it all in one go and was just ready to be done. Don't be like me. Pace yourself. My other point is you prolly have enough resources to give it a go.

As for CB, I used a rank 4 unduped Iceman. I see you have one on your roster as well. He is effective in lots of paths all throughout act 6. If I had to pick an mvp, he would be it. Really effective. Also, I run suicides so another reason he was so effective for me. Though, it limited my sp 1 use. If you can awaken and toss a bunch of sig stones and rank up Omega, he would be a better option but if not simple ranking Iceman to rank 4 will work. Other then that, your roster is ready to go. Good luck.

Edit: I realized one part wasn't very clear. I use boost (30 percent) and then rather than waste a bunch of pots trying to heal up my champs just use a revive. Saves a ton of rss.

Thanks for the advice guys. Unfortunately, I don't have the means to awaken OR right now, that's why he's still at rank 1. I might take Iceman to r4 or build up Aegon's combo to shrug off the bleeds.
