    He's still a decent champ. Keep in mind he needs a very high sig level. You probably won't notice much of an improvement at sig 50 or less. IMHO

    I have a sig99 5/50 and i only use him here and there for fun but at sig99 he can hit harder then some 4/55s i have, really fun to play too but he can actually clear some fights for u for sure

    Even at low sig the difference between duped and unduped is huge. Unduped he's not worth much.
