while using black bolts special attack 2 ,black bolt also gets health reduced by 200.
why does it happen?

    Because a flying twirling attack is so inherently stupid that he takes damage from being ashamed. I could understand a flying dash attack, but adding the twirl shouldn't enhance the move at all. How does spinning make the punches cause more damage? Lol.

    Iron Patriots L2 as well. Don't know much about the character, as far as the comics go. So Im interested to see what the community says about why he does in fact lose health.

    Surrounded by anti-gravitons, Black Bolt flies into his opponents, forcing them back with multiple strikes.

    Although Black Bolts L2, can do more damage and has a higher chance to stun than Particle Beam, it is generally not as useful due to how easy the ability is to block and the recoil that comes with it (fixed at 5% of your maximum health every time you use this ability). Use Corkscrew mainly with enemies that have lower armor (as it does not deal true damage) and be careful not to let the opponent block it, as you will take more damage than they will.

    It was because when BB first came out the damage from his s2 was so op that they gave it a slight penalty.

    Now it's just meh damage and should really be reassessed

    Hmmm, guess I never realized he had a strong L2 in the past. Just remember him being good for a PB team

    It's a huge flaw that should be rectified. He's the only character with built-in recoil and what do you get for it? Symbiote Spidey, Storm, SW etc. all blow away BB when it comes to L2 damage. Loki and Groot have unblockable L2's. BB's L2 should be unblockable and guaranteed crit. Now that would be worth unleashing for the recoil cost.
