What is the trick for her intercept mission? Is she good for AQ, AW or EQ?

I struggle with that mission. Unless you can master it she’s a risk to play IMO.

Experience and practice which helps you get the timing down.

For me it was telling myself “that parry you just used, it could’ve been an intercept instead.” Now there are some cases where a parry cannot be an intercept but most parries can be. ;)

    AQ: sure
AW: useful if you have a 5/65 corvus (as i do). you're scroood against stun immune and your first mission is parry tho
    EQ: sure

the trick to intercept is to keep 2 swipes away from the defender and dash forward when you see the defender dash towards you. she's most useful holding on to prowess buffs and cashing them in on an sp3 that will kill most. also super useful: ability to parry non-contact hits like imiw and night monkey lights.
Does this tricks on all champions. I have been testing my R2 PM with ROL WS. He intercepts my intercept

Usually I find that doing two hits ending in a light attack, dashing back, and then using a light attack gives the highest rate of success with her intercept missions. Her light attack has really good range and since it’s a light attack, the recovery period is not as punishing if you miss.

Also, ROL is not the best place to practice intercepting as the AI is much more passive than Act 5/6 and LOL. If your Proxima is high enough I suggest practicing on Rulk in LOL.

The ‘trick’ for her intercept mission is the same as intercepting with any other character. Intercepting is a key, albeit advanced skill in the game. It’s something that you’ll want to learn for every character, so don’t worry about Proxima specifically. It’s a matter of timing. You can intercept in a variety of circumstances, but it’s really experience that will tell you when to intercept. One of the easiest is when the enemy blocks a dash attack and immediately dashes backwards. It’s common in those situations for the enemy to dash straight back in, so if you pause for a split second and dash again you’ll get the intercept. Again, it’s easy to write that, but it’s a matter of timing. I just do it automatically because I know the timing, so it’s more experience than anything else.

    wow.

That is the simplest I have ever seen it explained and will give it a go because my intercept strategy has always been poor.

    Cheers!
