Apple/kabam support

Both my son and I are upgrading devices in the next few weeks. While mine is on Android and linked to an email address (so I'm fairly confident that if it all goes wrong I can still recover my kabam account through email) my son however , who's on Apple , doesn't have a kabam account (he wasn't old enough at the time to have an email address) . He's logged in through the Apple app store .
I don't want to be pushing this and loosing his account but it's about time that he had a kabam account and when changing devices it might be necessary. As a side note I'm on Android and will be staying on Android and my son who's on Apple will be staying on Apple

    Ive had a similar problem where I didn't make a Kabam ID when I started playing. I've been playing for 5 years and for the last year been trying to link my MCOC Account to a Kabam ID. Support have been less than helpful. I answer the questions they ask me only to be told that some of the answers are wrong. (They aren't), and this just goes around in circles for a bit and then they close the thread without actually trying to work through the issue together. Its very frustrating.
