Best Havok Rotation?

I just got a 5* Havok from a legendary crystal, and I know he has insane damage, I’m just not sure the best way of doing that. Could someone break him down for me? Also are there any interesting utilities like his non-contact energy hits? I am already aware of Havok vs Cyclops interactions. One more question, should I pursue awakening him before r4? It doesn’t look like he needs it. I don’t do AW anymore so AWD is not a factor to consider. Thanks a bunch!

    Rotation doesn’t mean what special should I use. I’m fairly certain I may want to build up some prowess first...

    Sp1, heavy 5 times, let both counters get to about 10 without letting theirs detonate. Sp3
