Unable to move, what's blocking?

I've returned to act 5.3.3 during a revive potion search, having already 100% act 5. When selecting the right hand side green node I don't move. Nothing happens. I've closed down and restarted the game and phone with no success. Raised a ticket, wondered if anyone else has encountered this problem?

    I remember that happened to me a few weeks ago! In that location there was a door until you unlocked it so maybe the issue comes with that...

    I think perhaps there was one there earlier, but having 100% the map I'd expect to be able to return to any and all paths in it.
