Cap IW Reverse Healing on Petrify... Not anymore?

What happened to this feature? Just another nerf? I think also affected void...

    Used it yesterday in Variant 2 2.2 aggressive regeneration. Working as designed, 4 stacks + tech champ.

    Void is messed up too.
    Some characters regenerate with fear of the void up

    Seatin put a video on youtube about it a month ago. As he said we dont know if it is bug or silent nerf.

    There was a fix pushed out for this last update. If you're still seeing this, could you please share any video you have of this or let us know where you've seen this in this update? The original thread can be found here.
