How can you justify an are you sure button for dismissing a pop up crystal offer but not for purchasing a 400 unit 3* crystal? Obviously you have the capability. I saved for weeks to get those units and gone in the blink of an eye with no way to cancel it. 400 units. 400. 3* crystal. For real?

There is no justification for it.
I'm sorry that you ran into this, I definitely understand the frustration behind it. We certainly don't mean for that to happen. I'll pass the request of a second screen pop-up to our team.
In the meantime, you can contact support about the accidental purchase. As long as you haven't used the crystal or any item from the bundle it could have been part of, we can refund the Units to your account. Contact them by clicking the gear icon in the upper left corner of the main menu screen in the app. From there, select "Support" and it will take you to our ticketing system. After that, someone will respond to you as soon as possible to get this resolved.
Again, I'm terribly sorry it happened!
