Percentage fix to crystals / Game Progression

So the crystal percentage has been bothering many youtubers , me , and more people etc . I just spent $100 dollars on units the other day for the daily crystal to get Nova 3-5 star . I received zero 5 star characters . It makes so mad that I am doing this to expand my roster and make some synergies happen . 5% - 10% to obtain a 5 star ... I believe for every 2 rolls that you bought and did not get a 5 star you should get 500 5* shards automatically , after you get a 5 star reset the 5* shard system . I am spending money and things are still , after spending my $100 dollars not in my favor . Just feel like I am being drained of my money and this has happened before but I usually stop early . Makes me question to keep playing because I am very very active in Alliance quest / Alliance wars and I feel like I spend / work more than receive in this game . I know I am not the only one .

    Just because you spend money, you believe you are entitled to higher star level champs? Smh, the entitlement.
    It's all RNG in the end, and we are all equal below that law.

    Nope if I am uncollected and I need higher champs to last longer in quests etc I should not be getting 80% for a 3 star champ and getting a ton of 3 star champs that does not help with my progression in this game

    Being of uncollected or cavalier has no effect on what Champs you get. RNG is equally brutal and equally beneficial to everyone, with small exceptions. If you buy stuff with unitsk, you need to check drop rates and personally decide if its Worth those units for a chance at someone. Nothing ingame is guaranteed
