Alliance Quest

In a game that is ever-evolving in fun and exciting ways, alliance quest has become tedious, exhausting, unexciting. Five days a week, week after week, with little to no real change. People literally have to fake bathroom breaks to move; I have had alliance mates set an alarm in the middle of night to move; people lie to their spouse to get away and run a path. If someone is traveling, just have to give up nodes. This is not how a game should be. 30 minute timers would harm no one, would keep things even, and allow the pace of AQ to move faster so people don't get sick of the game. I literally dread when the new AQ week starts. I have to hope no one has a problem, a life emergency, a work emergency, or figure out when I can sleep. It's ridiculous. I appreciate effort the team has made to change AQ, adding modifiers, changing the mini boss, but those things do not alter the fundamental problem with AQ - it's long, it's tedious, and can be fixed by reducing the refresh timer and making the quest move faster.

    Agree indeed. I have had to play during business meetings, family celebrations, up early in mornings, to bed late at nights etc etc. Like the rest of you. Sucks. 30 min timers would make a world of difference.

    Completely agree. Quality of life in a video game is a big reason why people come back consistently to play. Please, the playerbase should not be made to feel stressed because of an issue that can be easily fixed.

    I love this idea. I’ve been playing this game for over 4 years and feel this has been much needed for some time. Planning and coordinating movements with ally mates from across the world takes up so much time. Having this would be an easy fix and make the time commitment be more manageable and not have people build their life around game movements.

    Yes 30 minute timers would make things so much better. Aq sucks atm

    Couldn’t agree more. We’ve tasted 30 minute timers and it makes AQ so much more pleasurable in the absence of any material change to the game mode.

    I don't understand why we have to wait the time limit, make it a race and once all members have got to the end and there heroes are let go, let us start another quest straight away, I find we are waiting up to 6 hours, and by then our whole alliance cud be sleeping, let s finish together and start another straight away together, it will make for better scores and a better competition against those doing aq7 and getting the top scores compared to lower alliances doing aq3 who don't have a chance but need the top prises more, make it about participation and not who as the better heroes, I mean it's an ALLIANCE quest make it about the alliance.

    And make it that the quest is over when we all cross the final node and allow us to start another quest straight away not wait the rest of a 24 hr timer. This will allow lower level teams a chance to get some needed top prizes, cause let's face it ATM the top.teams that are doing 3 AQ map 7 are way in front of my very active alliance that can only tackle 3 and 4.
