Why won’t CapIW’s 100% Nullify of Unstoppable when Kinetically charged work when intercepting Rhino but She-Hulks Slow debuff will prevent him from going Unstoppable thus allowing him to be intercepted?

    Yes, it's passive, like the Unstoppable effect you get from the Heavy-Handed node. So it can't be nullified.

    You need She-Hulk, Spider-Gwen or Stealth Spidey, to stop it occurring in the first place.

    Or another Rhino would work...

    Yes this node/champ combination is horrible.
    I normaly take that path with ghost and pray he wont smack me too much.

    Basicly just phaseintercept in his unblockable and hope he doesnt smack you too much.

    You have to do it 3 times so a reg boost or invu boost might help

    Nullify only works on active buffs, slow works on active and passive effects
