CMM losing binary charge in an unexpected manner

in Bugs and Known Issues
It happens 3 times in the monthly master quest. After reaching binary mode, the charge start going away from 25, 24... 21, 20 then directly to 10, and one by one to 0.

    It’s a second line of her sig, getting knocked down by a special removes half of the charges

    If you look I got clipped by the special before getting in binary mode.

    Getting knocked down above 10 charges activates binary mode. If you get knocked down by a special you activate binary first then lose the 10 charges (2nd line of her sig like the guy above said).
