First Rank Five

I have the ability to take a second champ to rank five soon, but I want to make a solid first choice for R5 with my roster. I am currently focusing on completion of 6.2-4, Variant content (explored V4 but have not really touched the others yet), and am considering investing in suicides if I have enough of the right high level champs by the time I save the units. The top options are (all currently R4):
- Cap IW (Sig 34, just used a generic gem and put some sig stones in, then the next morning pulled him from a 5* crystal after waiting for at least three or more months to dupe naturally)
- SheHulk (Sig 106, actually awakened her way back when I only had 6 five stars in my roster, needless to say I was excited that she got buffed)
- Blade (Sig 1, used an AG, was totally worth it, and while I enjoy him a lot, I dont have 5* Stak Spidey or Ghost Rider yet)
- Iceman (Sig 21, just love the character design and utility)
- Venom (unduped, just my only relevant cosmic, and a ton of fun to play)
- Sunspot (about to rank four, could take all the way, unduped as of yet, but my AG and sig stones are currently saving up until I can sig 200 Namor, whom I am not taking to R5, or Omega if I get him ever)
