Selling a strong 4* champion by wrong

I am Shadow warrior~86 Isold a 4 star awakened Havok by mistake and I found a 5 star hero crystal .I opened it and found a mephisto can you sell my mephisto and give me another 5* hero crystal or give me Havok and reduce the amount of 5 star shards that Havok gained me?

Selling champs is not a good idea. Deal with it
They “might” (but probably not) be able to undo the Selling of that 4* Havok, “IF” you can come up with enough other 5* Shards to have enough that they can take back from you due to how many 5* Shards were given to you when you sold Havok.
But you better come up with enough Shards very quickly, like right now (do MoleMan Quests, etc to find them). (edit, looks like you already have that many, so why did you just “find” the 5* crystal only after having sold Havok ?)
But in no way will they even consider rolling back the 5* Mephisto you opened (not sure why you wouldn’t want him anyways).
