Masacre in Act 6.4.4

I tried bringing this to Kabam support and was unsuccessful. Numerous times, Kabam support told me they couldn't get my screenshots and video and closed my ticket. Very frustrating 😠.
Hopefully you all in the community can see and maybe this will bring to light some support downfalls that Kabam can improve on.

I was fighting Masacre in Act 6.4.4 and on the path I need incinerate immunity. Various times in the fight I was getting major damage back to me.

I've asked Kabam to fix and comp for the lost revives and units to get passed their bugged content.

    You can’t use an incinerate immune opponent on him.

    He has a passive ability that if a debuff fails to apply you take energy damage. Aka you need to take the damage and fight him w a champ that has a strong heavy. Good luck

    Incinerates from the champion's ability vs incinerates from the nodes, you're saying is no difference?

    Appreciate you guys getting back so quickly. I should have turned here first before going to Kabam support. My frustration level would have been much less. That's my lesson learned.
