Class mastery?

It seems like it's really only worth the mastery points once it's been ranked up 3-5 times. Has anyone brought there's up to 4 or 5 and felt it was worth while? Skill or tech looks neat to me...

    Tech collar is good, pure skill is currently broken, and mystic dispersion is godly

    MD is currently the overused one. Pure skill used to be amazing but is broken now. I've heard good things about science serum and tech collar but do not have them myself. I'm currently working on getting tech collar myself.

    @_ASDF_ according to the mods, only the first 3 ranks of Pure Skill seem to be effective. However DPS seems way down from pre 12.0. Pure skill in general doesn't seem like an effective mastery at all anymore.
