Missing SA Rewards

It has been 5 hrs since Summoner Advancement ended and I still have not received my rewards. I have tried restarting the game a couple of times and I asked my alliance and one member said he got his rewards. Is anybody else experiencing this issue regarding the SA rewards or is it only an issue on my end?

    Nobody in my alliance has received them it's been 6hrs hopefully they get it figured out soon.
