Account issues or account recovery

I find it incredibly unfair that you ask for "original player name" as an account verification question. I changed my in game name as soon as the name change tokens became available and now I can't recall what it was originally. You also don't warn summoners about this. It doesn't state anywhere to save off what your original name is for account verification. Work with your summoners. Let us verify another way! Help!

    For clarification, I'm not trying to recover my account--I can get into my account just fine. I'm only trying to update my account email address. This is so frustrating! Give us some self-service options or something!
