  there are different ways to complete the objective:
  
  you can duel mordo, just type "mordo" in the search bar and you'll find a couple of low level 4* to fight;
  you can find him in the Event quest, 3.2 beginner difficulty, for 7 energy;
  you can try to find him in story mode, act 4 chapter 3&4, but opponents are random, so you could be lucky or unlucky, i would check 4.3.4 and 4.4.4 first, here is where i found him on both my accounts ^_^

  Yeah, his name is noob and its just a r1 3*
  Still think that the duel target above is probably better though because low level 4*'s are easy to beat

  And... (because this thread was revived, originally back from when Strange in 1.1.1 was not counting toward Objective)...
  
  Reminder to anyone looking, Strange in Act 1.1.1 DOES WORK NOW. So you can use him there.
