Indestructible never took damage. Is it a bug?

I'm in a war. I took down Majik on a ? node. I won without a problem. Then a mini boss was a ? also. It was Ghost Rider which is mystic, same as Majik who I just beat with Venom the Duck 7000+ GR was below 3000. I hit him for 3 minutes and his indestructible never wore off. Fought him against Thing science advantage same result. Is this a bug? Or some boost idk about?

    Aegis. Use Heavies.

    Indestructible it said, does not take damage from any source. Only effected by hit movement or something like that. I've never seen it before like that then my teammate beat him from other side.

    You have to heavy (x) amount of times before they take any damage. Says it in the node description. The node is called aegis heavy.

    Can you provide more information regarding the nodes?
    If it’s aegis then it’s what ^ said
    In that case read the node it’s not that hard
