Bug about invisibility of texts without any type of ban

I am unable to see my own texts in global, alliance and friends chat. How can I correct it?

    Possibly a separate type of Ban, just a Chat Ban, which does exist but they probably don’t tell you you’re under it.

    Or, pretty common after doing a lot of fights/arena/etc, is just a long lag/delay in chat bar responding to you posting (even into your own Ally or BG chat too). If that's the case, close/reopen game and you will probably now see your message there.

    It’s either a lag/delay or you’ve got a chat ban which is separate to an account one

    is the chat ban permanent?

    Hey Psuedomaster, I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue. If you haven't already, I recommend trying the troubleshooting steps below in an effort to resolve it.

    - iOS Troubleshooting
    - Android Troubleshooting

    If those steps don't resolve the issue, it's possible you're unable to use the in-game Chat as a result of having received a temporary or permanent Chat ban.

    Unfortunately, we're unable to view account-specific information here in the Forums and can't be sure if you've received a Chat ban or not. Therefore, I would recommend reaching out to our Support Team for clarification. You can contact them by clicking HERE.

    Alternatively, if you would prefer to contact our Support Team from within the game, simply click on the gear shaped icon, located in the top left corner of the Home screen. From there, tap the button which says “Support”, then tap the button that says “Need more help? Contact us”.
