Is Domino breaking blocks?

Been fighting Domino for a while now and I’ve yet to see her do this. My block never dropped here, I didn’t try to evade, and she isn't on an unblockable SP2 node. She is on an AW boss Node.

    her damage was enough to kill you even though you were blocking ...

    For example: If you have 10 health left.
    and her damage would normally do 100 damage unblocked, and 20 damage blocked.
    Even though you blocked, it still enough to kill you ;)

    So... my R5 Blade was at about 29.7k health (20% health boost and 20% champion boost at 60% health (approximately 29.7k health)) and died from a 58k hit while blocking? Is that math right? Blocking only reduced the damage by half? That can’t be right, is it?

    Pretty sure a blocked hit doesn’t deal 16-20k damage...

    I think it may have to do with the crit failure/unlucky/lucky interaction. You holding block triggered it when Blade tries to heal and Domino stopped it with the crit failure. She can do serious damage through blocks like masacre when you're unlucky as well.

    watch the video .. it's not the same thing.

    it's not the typicaly Domino basic combo he's having issue with .. but rather the special 2 ... seemingly doing "massive" damage through a block.

    You may be right .. I noticed the "critical failure" pop up just before he got it as well .. wondering if that's what's happening?
    Still seems like a LOT of damage .. wow .. but .. not sure

    Seen that video and it’s not the same situation. I know my hands aren’t shown here but I wasn’t trying to evade. Also he didn’t test in AW with these nodes and with a Skill champion.
