I have a 4* BWCV sitting at 1/10 right now. I also have the rank up gems from the EQ to take her to r3 and eventually rank 4 (can't take her to r5 any time soon)

Will a 4* 4/40 Bwcv be useful for 5.3 (and maybe 5.4)? *Is she worthy of these rank up gems? *
Or should I just hold on for now?

    She’s great if you’re doing act 5 she’ll be a big help
    She’s very sustainable has great damage and immunity utility
    I think she can counter masochism and buffet with her buff immunity
    Against an immune opponent just spam heavy until 20 charges and then pop sp3
