Didn't receive my 5 star Namor after selling.

I logged into my account after about 50 days as I has been busy lately with some work stuff. But before that I sold my 5 star rank 3/45 Namor during the special selling period for Namor and Cull Obsidian. When I logged back into my account today, I did not find my Namor refunded along with all the resources I used on him as promised by Kabam. Please look into this matter. My IGN is °Cosmos Consolidator ™ °. The attached ss shows the proof that I owned a Namor. Please help me with this...

    I even have a complaint ticket against this but it has been over 24 hours and no one responded on my email.

    The Namor you would've received expired

    You would have gotten Namor/Cull back (with their resources) via an in-game Mail (ie, Rewards) Message.

    You would have then had to CLAIM the champs and resources from the Mail Message.

    But Mail Msg Rewards only are available for up to 30 days before they would vanish on you. So you basically waited too long to log back into game and get them.

    Mail Msg itself would stick around in Inbox for like 7 days, and then the Rewards would still be claimable from Stash-Rewards but only for like 30 days.

    Try to wait for a Reply from your Support Ticket. If no reply after few days then maybe submit another one (but multiple submissions sooner than that would not be wise).

    Update: It's been past 2 days and no one responded on my complaint ticket.
    Tagging all the mods to see this issue...

    Don’t tag mods
    It had a timer which would expire if not claimed just like all sent items
    It’s the weekend so I doubt support is active

    Well the support is very active, I've been monitoring the activity of mods and they are replying to every discussion other than this one. Not even a single mod has responded even after I sent them a personal message.

    Also, the only thing the mods will tell you is that they don't deal with any account-specific issues and that you'll have to contact support. Tagging the mods is wasting your time and is against board rules.
