The synergy between guillotine and the other robots work one time over 100!! In nodes like caltrops and biohazard, you should gain an infinite amount of bleed or poison and thanks to the synergy also an enormous amount of power every time you don't take those debuffs. This don't work 1 to 1...why?

    As far as I know, kabam has a cooldown on it because of that reason

    It has a cooldown, once cooldown expires it procs again. Read the synergy.

    I did both robot uprising and AI uprising and both synergies are working just fine.
