Which 4* champ should I use a generic awakening gem on?

I am currently uncollected and plan on completing 5.3 and 5.4 and working on fully exploring uncollected event quest.
The 4* champs that I am considering using the ag on are

aegon
nick fury
blade

Aegon: would be nice but I do not have the sig stones to take him very high (only about 30)
Nick Fury: I already use a 5/50 Gwenpool a lot so would the bleeds from nick fury be a little redundant? But then I've heard that his synergies and second life are very good
Blade: I've heard the regen from his awakened ability is very good.

What do you guys think?

My current line up is (and all are 5/50 4*)
Venom (duped)
Gwenpool
Void (duped and max sig)
Stark Spidey (duped)
Iceman

    Who do you think I should replace for nick fury in my lineup? Iceman?

    Also, (this may sound like a stupid question), but is it worth the units for deep wounds? I've been saving them for revives in order to fully explore uncollected event quest.

    if u have good team u can clear quest with minimal revives & potions... focus on good champs based on their utility from ur roster... btw those masteries are premium means they add strong stuff to ur roster, try to unlock them first & buid a good setup regarding ur roster... eventually u will clear epic quest without much revives & potions...

    i would like nick fury, cause he has good damage, evade/miss counter, synergy... go for him...
