    Armor Shatter De-Buff is quite strong and a worthwhile alternate to Power Lock/Drain Abilities that can absolutely destroy all Robotic Tech-Class Champions. Vision Aarkus also shares this De-Buff and produces impressive results versus Sentry and Civil Warrior amongst others.
