Red Room Ops keycard missions

This is meant to detail (without malice) problems with the structure of the Red Room Ops quests.
First, I enjoy them and think they are well-structured as quests. I also feel limiting the total rewards (9,000 Intel only) is also fine.
However, I have an issue with the key card missions only appearing once per day, and my issue is this:
I find myself not wanting to log into the game
Since the keycard quests give clues related to a certain chapter of the event quest, I can only progress through my Event quest at a certain rate (or risk having to redo completed content) or else I have to ruin the intended fun of "discovering" the champ by cheating out who you mean through forums or the community
Since I can only get a keycard once, use it for a Red Ops quest that nets me 258 Intel at most, I will have to wait for 2 days to go on the quest that will get me rewards I want (since, again, there is not enough Intel to completely explore all the reward quests)
This frustrates me - if I go for "time attack legends", I will compromise my ability to complete the Red Ops sections without redoing content, and even if I do, I will have a 15 minute experience, which will leave me wanting more of something I can't have.
It's like ordering a nice, juicy, delicious steak, and having to drive to the restaurant every day to take the next bite from it.
Soon, the steak is cold and doesn't taste like it did when it was fresh from the kitchen and you're left wondering whether it's worth the effort to drive to the restaurant every day... Soon, the steak will just be left behind...
I am feeling like I don't want to play this event quest cycle because of how slow the progression is and how it is tied to the progression through the chapters of the event quest.
I set aside devoted time to your wonderful game, and have for years. But with this latest content, I am finding myself looking for something else to do with that time, since the frustration of having that scant bite of adventure makes it no fun to play.
May I suggest releasing the keycard missions 3 at a time every 3 days?
This would still draw out your release of the keycard missions, but would allow people a larger completion chunk at a time, limiting the frustration of having to wait 24 hrs before knowing whether the next keycard clue is going to hint at the event quest chapter they just completed...
I don't know how many people feel like I do, but if it's any at all, I would hate for people to feel disenchanted with this wonderful game

What’s preventing you from just progressing slowly thru ether Beginner or Normal difficulties based on the Target Objectives ?
If you reply that you never bother with Beginner, then you’re leaving a lot of Units as rewards on the table every month then.
But agreed that the system is designed (maybe unintended, but ...) to encourage you to potentially have to wait up to 14 days before even doing any of the actual RIFTS for the first time. Maybe the Intel could have been distributed differently with enough up front to cover the cost of your Chronometer, then at least you could start Rifts within first couple days.
